Great staff and Dr Kapoor is a real pro. She explains everything being done so it makes sense but doesn’t push do to do more then what is needed. The staff cares about the patient first and the administration stuff second. I highly recommend the whole team, you won’t be disappointed.

I am not a fan of being poked in the gums by any dentist or dental office but I have to say that being a new customer to this office have been nothing short of a great overall experience. From the inception by the staff to the dental assistants and ultimately to Dr. Conrad, I was greeted with open arms and left several of times highly satisfied and with a less painful experience. The whole staff remained and continues to be of professional caliber, the facility is highly maintained and groomed and Dr. Conrad is great to be a patient of. If you’re looking for the right dental office to go to with employees and Dentists who shows compassion and cares for your dental health, then this is the place to come to. Two thumbs up!!!!!

Edit: I went in for another appointment today. I was seen on time. It appears that previous scheduling issues have been ironed out. Everyone was very friendly and attentive. Revising my review to 5 stars. At my first appointment (6 month ago) I waited about an hour in the waiting room. I was told that they are short staffed. Last week during my second appointment, I waited just shy of an hour in the waiting and then another 30 minutes in the exam room. I was told once again that they are short staffed and that this is not normal. Today, my wife had to wait over an hour and she too was told that they are once again short staffed and that this is “not normal”. Message to the dentists: If your patient were late an hour each time, you would not find it acceptable. This goes both ways. People’s time is valuable.
